Refund Policy

You can see a free watermarked preview before paying, so you know the style you are buying.

If your pack fails to generate, or the portraits are clearly broken (for example, your pet is missing or unrecognizable in most images), email lucas@licitagram.com within 14 days of purchase with your gallery link. We will regenerate the pack or refund you in full.

Because portraits are digital and delivered right away, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the images have been generated, except where the law requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
